I honestly have no idea why it was not recorded. All permissions were granted as per their instructions. I recall that everything worked fine until I took pictures of myself and my ID. From that moment, when the actual test started, I noticed that I could not see the feed from my USB camera anymore. They never mentioned urgent processing, I just think that I should have been informed of the issue on the following day, not 45 days later.
Yes, just to be safe, I used a different computer to take the second test and it worked. I think that their system may not support webcams with a higher resolution, which was the one I used on my first attempt.

I got my test invite mid April. I did the test last Sunday and passed. However, I got an email on Monday saying that my test wasn’t validated because my photos were blurry. They said for me to retake the photos and send them by email. I sent the photos already now I’m here waiting to see what will happen. Also got an email asking for fingerprints for the second time.
Nov 2019 Applicant, had Interview yesterday (test passed on Mar 24). Officer asked basic questions and verified passport pages and said application is passed (eras shows decision made this morning).
Also, he mentioned Oath ceremony is slow now (happening only on Sat). So, there is a backlog and we just have to be patient till our name comes up

Just to send new photos, and not to retake the test? Because as I can read here people are re-taking the test in such cases. Sending only the photos would be more convenient, of course.
