MY QUESTION IS I DID MEDICAL UPFRONT BUT IT EXPIRED ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO. IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET THE MEDICAL AND THE PPR SAME PERIOD, I AM FROM SOMALIA AND I THINK NO PPR FOR ME JUST A PAPER AFFIXED PR VISA

You will have to wait....only the Visa Office could tell if you need to re-do medical exam due to your expired medical.
