For applying pnp for novascotia, once if I change my present noc in express entry which is not in novascotia demand list, to another noc which is in their list and I have experience in both, and if getting rejected , saying "job duties don't match", then, will I get a chance to prove myself through mail?

My experience matches 1221 and 1241. But my agency filed my case under 1221 for the entire working period. ( actually, for the last 5 years, first 2 years my experience matches 1241 and the recent 3 yrs matches 1221) if I change the noc to 1241, will it be a reason for rejection that first it was said that 1221 for entire work experience and then changing it to another one for the same working period.
