Nova Scotia- PNP, Category B ( May 2017)

Hello Friends, I think most of us ( NSDEE aspirants) are in the dilemma that whether NSDEE intake on 8th May 2017 for Category B was opened and filled in few seconds or it was paused for future?

Furthermore, any idea when will they open PNP for category B?

I have a question: The Category B form is not available on their webiste, is it only available when the nominations are open?

I thought you could fill the form before hand?
