I have a couple of questions about Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry Stream please.

1. Is this program open now for submission? If not, any idea when would it be available?
2. To apply to this program, is it required to have a valid Job Offer with a positive LMIA?

there are 2 streams one is express entry occupation in demand and other one is with valid job offer..
check the application guide under forms section.

1) Presently not open...You got to keeping checking the site novascotiaimmigration.com or cicnews.com....
2) It is not required to have a valid job offer

Hi is licensing a pre-requirement for application under this scheme? The guide states the following:
"If the occupation is regulated in Nova Scotia, the Officer must also be satisfied that you can be expected to qualify for licensing/certification when in Nova Scotia."

But it also states that the following:
"Proof certified to work in Nova Scotia: Certification with licensing bodies, regulatory agencies (if applicable) "

Does an engineer need to be already licensed for this scheme or as per statement A, do you need to just demonstrate that you are likely to obtain a licence? Would this need to be an assessment by a third party professional organisation, or simply a self-prepared statement discussing licensing requirements and your action plan to meet them.

Also what kind of documentation can one use to show that one's experiences match with NOC 2011? This requirement is listed in addition to reference letters listing responsibilities and duties. Would this need to be an assessment by a third party professional organisation, or simply a self-prepared statement describing how the responsibilities and duties listed in the reference letter match up to what is stated in the NOC?
