Hi , my CEC application is in process and I recently renewed my passport and received a new passport as the old was expiring. Please advise if I should notify CIC regarding this change and can I scan and email them the copy of new passport?

Yes you need to notify them and you can scan the passport copy and send it via e-mail. This will works.

Do you need to send old and new passports after receiving PPR? or just new passport only?

Just the new passport my friend I did the same.

Thank you, Hitchman. You are correct. I spoke with Customer care a while ago and they confirmed that just sending new passport is enough.
