Notify CIC of my newborn

Hi there,

I'm sponsoring my parents to come to Canada. I need to notify CIC of my newborn (Baby is Canadian) since the family size had changed. I have the following questions:

1. I need to use the form below?

2. What document i need to submit to CIC?

3. Do I need to submit a new financial evaluation form since the data change?

4. My parents are currently in Canada with me. Should i select the following or there's another option?

I also had a baby last year
Its important to update cic about the child. And when the birth certificate comes you must send the copy of it and the passport when you will apply.i dont know if you have sent the reports of pregnancy but i kept them updated about every single stage.

I never sent the financial data evaluation after baby though.
