Hello guys,

I posted a thread few days back saying we had our hearing on around September 2020, fast forward now we still haven’t gotten a decision letter yet. I called IRB, they said a decision was mailed out on February 2021; but we didn’t receive it nor did our lawyer. They have mailed a copy but it’s gonna take some time so i’m paranoid. What do you guys think? If it was negative wouldn’t they have taken out the removal order for me asap? I’m just hoping it’s positive. Please pray for me guys. Thank you!

No removal orders can often take time. Impossible for anyone to guess about the outcome of your hearing. Your lawyer probably gave you some indication about how strong your case was.
