I was self employed from June 2014 to May 2015. I was a incorporated contractor and i have income in my company's Name. can i submit Company's Notice of Assessment or how to submit proof for it ?
Also They dont have marriage certificate for my parents will an affidavit work ?
No - your company's won't be accepted. It needs to be you own NOA.
What Happens if you are self employed ? or incorporated contractor ? You cant sponsor ?

Don't you pay yourself from your company's earnings?
I Paid myself as dividends from the corporation paying taxes.

Yes - of course you can sponsor.
As others have explained, you still need to file individual taxes in addition to filing taxes for your corporation. Normally you would pay yourself a salary out of your corporation and this is what you would declare in your personal tax return. This is what will be used for your own NOA (i.e. whatever salary you are paying yourself out of your corporation) and this is what CIC will look at to determine if you meet LICO to sponsor your parents.

Right. So then you would declare these dividends in your personal income taxes. The income from your personal income taxes is what needs to meet LICO in order for you to qualify to sponsor your parents.
