Text: CONTACTED "EMPLOYER NAME'' ON 4/4/2017 TO VERIFY IF PA WAS EMPLOYED FM 'Date 1' to 'Date 2'. The HR Assistant advised that he couldn't remember PA's name and he transferred me to the owner of the company who confirmed that PA has never worked at their company.
Though, under activities, after the verification activity mentioned above, I found the following:

Thats really bad from your boss to do. You can do nothing about it now other than wait and see what CIC decides.
They will either cut the points for that specific work experience and see if you are still eligible, or if the officer is not happy and suspects misrepresentaion then he will probably send you a fairness letter so that you can give them documented proof that you did actually work there. In that case, everything helps, any papers you have like vacation requests/back from vacation letter, pay slips etc.
So my advise is prepare those things and keep them ready in case they do ask you. Either way, i believe CIC knows how to deal with such cases and its not uncommon for employers to do what yours did.
