While I was waiting for my PR, I applied for my ATIP notes, through CBSA.
I received an answer way after I became PR.
Problem : I didn’t get my notes, they sent me a formal letter with the personal number of an agent of CBSA and his full name asking me to talk to him and give him my reference number if I want to inquire about something.
That’s weird! I just wanted to check my notes lol Is it something common ?
By the way the email is legit.
