Hi,
I have got an original contract letter form my employer. Should I notarize this before sending it with my documents. The country specific form states that the employment contract should be notarized but in my case I want to send in the original I got from my company, not a copy.
Yours
If you are sending original, then you do not need to notarize it. You can just keep one notarized for your record if you want to.
employment contracts should be notarized even if you are sending original copies. they are contracts and contracts must be notarized to be binding.
My immigration status was delivered based on the contract letter (English version to) I got from my company shouldn't that be binding?
