hello everybody


my wife she came here with My son in 16 september 2009 and we we send our application with my friend he live in Toronto so when back to canada he sent our application to Mississauga they received it in 12 December 2009 and to day is 15 jan 2010 it's one month and 3 days and we didn't receive any news

that is normaly because holiday for Christmas ? and if taking long time where i will ask thank you so much guys

Did you apply Inland or Outland? If you applied Inland you won't hear from them for a few months. We had to call the CIC to get client ID number to check our application through the online ecas.
 
Mississauga takes a bit more than a month to process, so considering that you've had Christmas slowing things down further I don't think you should worry.

Have you tried to log on to eCAS?

what i did exactly i give my application to my friend and when he back to canada he send by post from Toronto and he sent me Tracking Number

CIC Mississauga is processing applications from the 16th of December and it takes them a few days to put it up online you should see something on ecas in the next few days.
