Hi everyone,
I started working at my company around 1.3 years ago and at the time of applying and hiring I applied and interviewed for xyz role and they did mention to me that they would provide me the letter that would help me in my pr application.I have proofs from their hr mentioning me the title I was promised .On requesting for the letter now they are denying me to mention that noc code as well as the title and responsibilities that I would need .I have provided all the proof and they say that there have been latest changes and that they no longer provide the asked details on the letter. This wastes my effort and they haven’t honored to Their commitment .Please help and guide me on what I can do to not loose hopes.

Title means nothing. It is job duties that must match the NOC. Employer is under no obligation. You are doing the job or you are not doing the job.

So then how are you showing that you do the job. is this Canadian experience? If so through contract, job posting, T4 and payslips showing wage for the NOC. Employer doesn’t have to give you a letter.
They used to issue the letter with those duties and they wouldn’t do it for me now.A few colleagues do receive while few don’t
