Hi .. wanted some guidance ..
is there a way for tracking the pr card .. we landed in March and have not yet received the pr card.. they had asked for new pics in May …but no updates after that .. any number or website or any other option to track.. any guidance

Try calling them.

Dial 1-888-242-2100. After the recorded introduction, you will be asked to choose a menu option. Navigate through the options by pressing 3 and then 4, and then 0. Hopefully, you reach a human!
