Not heard back after medicals

It has been three weeks since i completed my student permit medicals for my Canadian visa, and i have not heard anything back from the embassy and i am starting to panic and get worried, so i just want to ask if this is normal or if there is something wrong with my application?

Did u applied under spp and when did u applied and after hoe many days u got the update on medical

No I had did a paper application and it was about 4 weeks after I submitted my application I got an email to go for my medicals

Ok great, because the thing is as far as I have researched if u do a general application without medical attached and then they ask for ur medical after few weeks, there are 90% chances of u getting visa

Ok great, because the thing is as far as I have researched if u do a general application without medical attached and then they ask for ur medical after few weeks, there are 90% chances of u getting visa

Yes my medical shows passed and also it says no additional document required and we are reviewing ur eligibility

Yh I think you are fine, I applied by paper, so I have not been able to check the status and it has been 5 weeks now, still no responses from them

Yh, thank you I just did that, and it says I passed my medical exam, but my eligibility and background checks are still being reviewed, i thought that was done before my medicals was requested? And how long would this take?
