I have hired an agent for filing express entry for me and I am not happy with them. They submitted my express entry profile but when i asked to submit Saskatchewan PNP, which has got opened now, they told me to pay extra for that. Apart from this there are several reasons which I regret about hiring the consultant.
Now I want to file Saskatchewan PNP on my own. I need to know what option I have to select in the field where it asks if I have the representative for this program? Can I select "no representative" in this field even though my express entry profile is submitted by the agent only.

You can apply for SINP without a representative. I believe you already have the credential for the express entry login. If not, try to obtain the same from your agent and modify the profile to reflect no representative. There is no problem in having an agent for one of them and not the other but the nomination is offered electronically before you get the actual physical certificate. You will have to again go through your agent to accept the nomination unless you are aware of the credentials of your EE profile.
They submit EE profile for many clients using their agent id which they can not share, means I do not have any separate EE credentials for my profile but they will give me the application number and job bank credentials. I am still in agreement with my agent so if nomination needs to be accepted via agent then I do not find any issues over there. I just wanted to know if I can select "no representative" for one program while I used one for the other. You said yes so I think I am good in that case.
Currently, when you choose the option that you are in the pool when applying for SINP, it will tell you that the quota has been reached and you will not be able to submit your application. What most people are doing is to tick the option that they are not in the pool (I don't know what implication that might have in the future) and their application will go through. This means that being in the pool is not a criteria to apply for SINP.
Why do you need an agent? A lot of people here have got PPR through support and advice from this forum. If you are not happy with the agent, you can always terminate your contract woth them and go through the process without an agent.
