I am having NOC B 5241 . may be this is reason that i am not getting Pt of Ontario with 438 crs. Others have got even with low score. I have experience in this field only for 4 yrs. Any suggestions

Any update? Your CRS seems to be good, above 450 would be sweet though. Anyways, for NOC 5241, Ontario has good job opportunities, am surprised you haven't been invited yet.

did you try recreating profile ? if yes then give it a shot by changing NOC..
 
Thank you guys, I received PT on 4th Dec and I submitted App. on 16th which has reached on 22nd Dec.

elan72 thanks for the update there is job opportunity there.
frankiefun alas i got it. I recreated 6 times.
cjs my NOC is okay because all my 4 yrs expfalls in the NOC i have mentioned and I have got all documents.
