Not finding "Letter of Explanation (LOE)" part in Supporting Documents section

Dear friends,

I don't know if it is just me who is facing this problem. Even yesterday, in the uploading supporting documents section, there was the "Letter of Explanation" part where I wanted to upload a document to clarify certain things.

Now all of a sudden, I figured out that "Letter of Explanation" part has disappeared. I logged in and logged out serveral times, but the same thing is happening. That section is completely gone.

Feeling really strange and worried because I really need to upload a letter of explanation.

Would appreciate your advise.

You have to keep logging in and out as this happens. Try using another browser. It is a problem that a lot of people face with the LOE tab disappearing.

If logging in and out doesn't work, try clearing your browser cache. I had the same problem, and clearing the cache worked for me..

Just tried from mobile. Same thing, no option to upload LoE

I just had the same problem. for me the solution was to use Google Chrome in Incognito Mode
