due to bad advice i messed up my PGWP after gradating from another program
Afterwards i took another 1yr program that i will graduate from in May 2019.
My girlfriend graduates the same month. i met her here in Canada January 2017. her study permit expires 2022. mine expires 2020.
We both have partime jobs now in fast food establishment
She qualifies for PGWP . as i mentioned before I dont
A)Will she be able to get me a OPEN WORK PERMIT?
we dont live together.we are not married
B)if we get married or start living together will i then get OPEN WORK PERMIT from her PGWP?
C)what are my options after my May 2019 graduation?

To get spouse open work permit you must be married.
If your spouse has an open work permit (e.g. post-graduation work permit), you must attach a copy of your spouse’s work permit to your application for an open work permit, along with:
a letter from your spouse’s current employer that confirms they work there in a NOC 0, A or B occupation, or a copy of your spouse’s employment offer or contract, and
a copy of your spouse’s recent pay slips.
Your permit will not be valid longer than your spouse’s work permit.

1) You will have to show some sort of financial proof.
2) I would not know how you would be able to show proof for that.
3) No one can tell you that, it depends on the case.
Honestly, this is a personal conversation you need to have with your girlfriend. This is a decision both of you have to make about your future.
