I wanted to apply for Canada PR but my husband is not supporting me ...can I apply my PR status stating married but not non accompanying with partner ..

You can but you will need some of your spouse's documents too even though you mention him accompanying. You'll need his PCC, medical exam report and Proof of Funds for a family of 2. If you can arrange these documents, then you can go as per your plan.
