I am not able to submit a visitor visa application for my folks online.
I have uploaded all the documents
Right where the fee payments shows - I do not see any link which re-directs me to pay online
I also do not see the link to submit the application.
Please can anyone help?

I am having the same issue. Helping my significant other from the Philippines apply online for tourist visa and today I completed the upload of all the documents. I can not seem to find the link to submit the application and take me to the pay window to complete. Anyone got a solution for this. Also any other inform. in regards to Visitor Visa tips would be great. I am a born Canadian citizen and am inviting her here for a 4 month visit. I have been there to meet her and can prove our relationship.

Figured it out now.. Check to see what you have loaded in the optional documents. I somehow had added a file of the paper copy of application. Once I removed it it gave the option of proceeding
