Not able to sign the family information form

I am trying to fill in the visitors Visa requisite form online. In the family form there is no provision to make digital signature. I printed the two page form. It and signed manually and scanned, but now I am only able to upload only one form. What should I do?

You need to join the pages into one document you can do this in Adobe Acrobat or Nitro pdf, the trial software will be free. There are also a bunch of websites that can do this for free.
