i have tried every single combination after receiving my AOR 3 days back but I am still not able to link my account to my application. I have opened more than one gc key accounts because of the 5 tries per day rule.. do you think it is because of that? anybody help me with this? if I am not able to link accounts, do i send photocopies of the police reports by mail or the actual original police report?????? HELP!!!!

Deep breaths. You don't have to link your account - we never did. Alot of people have problems linking. You don't need to keep opening accounts. Have you checked the threads on how to link - there are a lot of tips and tricks.
If you don't link it will have
no negative impact on your application as it is
not mandatory so don't panic if you're having trouble.
