Not a bonafide student!!

Hello everyone..
I got my admission in concordia university quebec as i got my CAQ
I applied for the visa in augest-21 and got refused in augest-29
For the following reasons:
-Purpose of visit
-not satisfied that you are a bonafide student and would depart Canada

I reapplied the second time after reviewing and preparing all papers in 20-10-2016 and still waiting

Please tell me if someone had the same situation and got accepted the second time
