A quick Google search shows it is a private college, so you should not expect to qualify for an OWP. Switch to a public college.

I am confused please help I am studying at Fanshawe college right now for 1 year program I am planning to move in NOn ssp college which has DLI number with PGWP I am studying science course right now and then I am taking management course that is certificate program would I get 3 year permit ? My agent is saying certificate program is counted in PR is this true?
