The enquiry is for my brother he has completed his bachelor in commerce from India in 2007 about 60% and pre master course form UK in 2013 with 40%.
under spp criteria the latest qualification must have 50%. Please let me know whether he is eligible to apply for any master or PG or diploma course in canada ? coz his percentage in pre master is below 50%
