NON-SDS with loan approval

Hello i have received an offer from centennial college
The total cost of study , stay and travel and etc are around 31k CAD

i have a loan approved and sanction letter worth of 35K cad to cover all expenses
I also have paid 2650CAD as deposit to college

Does loan letter gets me a visa or do i need to show other poofs?

It is advisable to pay tuition fee of at least 1 semester, to show commitment and that you are a genuine student. Upload the loan documents and explain how you have funds towards the costs in your SoP. A loan alone does not help, unless you can explain your access to that money.

Thanks, im willing to pay the sem 1 fee, i have already plaid a deposit to hold my place
And I will also ne providing a sponcer support from my maternal uncle

Mention that in your SoP clearly. Attach financial documents to show your maternal uncle has the funds to support you. That is important. Pay the 1st semester fee, and show proof of funds available for further semester tuition and cost of living.
