Non SDS entry applications from outside India

Hi,

Has someone applied through non SDS from Central / South America (in particular) or any other country (except India) in 2021 and received PPR?

Has there been a previous rejection and applied through non SDS?

I have applied on 16th Feb 2021 for May'21 intake and nothing has changed, no updates.

Does paying 1yr tution fees help in non SDS entry?
