Non SDS Category- India: No decision received even after 17 weeks

Hi,
Please help me understand if this is happening with other non-SDS applicants also.
-Applied for study permit on 26th March 2021
-Biometrics done on 2nd April
-upfront medical done on 10 March and approved on 6th May
-BVL received on 7th May

No decision made on application till now. It's been 17 weeks. What should I do? The web form also has some error during submission.

Anyone facing similar issues?

I submitted a webform with additional information and with a request for expedited processing since I'm in a somewhat unique situation to IRCC on the 13th of July and have yet to hear back. Don't know if webforms are helping with anything - all we can do unfortunately is wait

Send them a webform to your local embassy. Remind them that your application have exceeded normal processing time.

How can I send a webform to my local embassy. There is no option to choose embassy in the webform

Hey man i have the same time line, 26th march file lodged medial on 6th may and bvl on 7th may no update after that. I raised a webform to new delhi 2 weeks ago they sent me an automated reply of no help. Id suggest wait till august 6th and then order gcms notes which takes 30 days to come back.
