So eligibility review has not started? It usually will say, "we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements." Usually that is the final step. If your background check is still in progress, then eligibility review may not have started. Usually if review starts, decision is soon.

Yes i raised webform 10 days before, they were saying that we are doing a background check. Although yesterday again i raised webform, that why my case exceeded the normal time.

Background checks for Pakistan are longer than most counties and processing times for study permits are closer to 6 months for manny counties. Backgrounds checks can often be dependent on waiting for information from other counties not Canada which can also lead to longer wait times.

There is no reason to raise another webform only 10 days after another one. The chances of changes during such a short period of time are very low. Posted estimated processing times are often incorrect. Would suggest you look at the posted processing times for students from Pakistan on this forum for the best idea of current processing times versus looking at the IRCC website. Current lived experience will give you the best idea of the actual processing times. It is not uncommon for students to be waiting 3-6 months for processing of the study permit applications. Some are waiting 6+ months which is ridiculous.
