I a a Canadian citizen, but have been living abroad for 7 years. I am beginning the process of sponsoring spouse (awaiting child's Proof of Citizenship application). We would like to move to Quebec - I have never been a Quebec resident. Since we are applying outland would it be better to indicate a non-Quebec province and then once granted move to Quebec? Or are there limitations to the mobility of PRs?
I see that I can apply to become a sponsor in Quebec, but I am doubtful of my eligibility - as I have no way to prove my income over past years.
