Need advice!

My CRS score difference is ~25 between accompanying and non-accompanying spouse. Currently on Closed Work Permit expiring Oct 2024 and extension was submitted.

Primary applicant is in Canada and spouse + New Born daughter are outside Canada and hence non-accompanying the main applicant for now but will sponsor my family once I get PR.

I first put my file alone with spouse as non-accompanying and got ITA but background check is still in progress ( since 4 months). Can I add back my spouse and kid as accompanying at this stage?

What could be the consequences in doing so ? I want to get my family back here asap . Appreciate any guidance/help on this. Thank you.

It's too late. You now have to wait to get PR and then you could sponsor them
