Hello,
I am in Canada on a student visa and my husband has an open work permit. I am thinking to apply in express entry alone declaring my spouse as non-accompanying in order to get more points and have a chance to be invited. Can I do that? Would it negatively affect my application if I got invited?
I am in the same situation. Hoping we get an answer
It's perfectly fine to apply with a non-accompanying spouse. It won't affect anything.
Is there any international student who got successful PR without accompanying spouse in the application?
I don't know anyone in person

I don't know anyone in person but i don't see any reason that prevents that from happening
