Non Accompanying spouse

My spouse has already got PR in Canada. We include all my details in his EE application and mentioned me as non accompanying spouse. I submitted my police clearance and the medical results too. How can i apply for canadian PR now ? Explain me

Your spouse must submit an application to sponsor you for PR. Your spouse must be living in Canada to submit this application. Processing will take approximately 1 year.
