Yes - you need to submit a passport. Your wife and child must also take and pass the medical. Also, your wife will have to prove PCCs.

Thank you. I have another enquiry. I received the ITA today (gone with spouse non-accompanying option) and post ITA question which I am slightly confused with is:

Is your first child included in this application? (What is this question really asking?)

I chose YES and now I see that my child is marked as ACCOMPANYING. Will this impact my CRS (lower it)? Or is it the case (lowering it) only when the spouse option is selected as accompanying when it lowers?

I did not know there's option to divide the dependents as accompanying and non-accompanying.

Yes. I answered No to the child question on post #3. That meant the child also not accompanying.

Thank you. Can you please share what documents you are asked to submit for the unaccompanied dependent? Also when I am done completing the application and select continue to move on to the upload page. Am I able to return to the application page and edit if possible?

The required documents are the same whether depend is accompanying or not. Even POF must account for the unaccompanying dependent. Passport, pcc, medical, digital photo, etc…

Yes, you are able to modify your selection as long as you haven’t submitted the application. Post app submission, only way to change is via the webform.

Yes, you need the consent form if the child is accompanying while one of the parents is not. Although they do ask in ADR later on, it is better to include it in the initial submission as LOE.

Ohh! In that case, no consent form is needed. At least I didn’t include it and was never asked for it.
