non accompanying child medical not done

Hi,
I have been sponsored my spouse to Canada. I have 2 dependent children. they were non accompanying dependent children in my application and immigration requested their medical examination which I was not able to get it done because of ex-spouse did not have their custody to get it done. and explained immigration the situation they still sent another request which i was not able to fulfill.

But I got request for passport submission since I have landed in Canada on my CoPR my children name is there as non-accompanying I still able to sponsor them or their application will be refused as per my consultant he is saying we can get them sponsored. When I was in Pakistan he was telling me that we won't be able to get them sponsored later they will be inadmissible and now he is saying we can sponsor them now. please help me in should we apply for them?

You should expect a sponsorship application will be refused since they did not complete a medical.

Hi, I am in a similar situation. When did you inform them about the medical? And how long after did they respond? Any update helps. TIA
