Hi,
Does anybody know how long it takes to receive your nomination documents from the day you were nominated from the BC PNP in the mail?
Also, do they send a work permit support letter or do you have to apply for that separately?
Thanks
For me, getting the mailed documents took about 3 weeks when I was nominated last year.
I got the support letter with the acceptance email, because I had indicated earlier that I need to go back to work as soon as possible. If you didn't tell them already that you need the letter, then I believe you need to ask for it separately.
And also - I didn't need the actual nomination certificate to get a WP extension. When I went down to the border I hadn't received the mailed documents yet. But it was still fine. I just had the initial acceptance email and the support letter (plus required work-related docs such as job offer) and those were enough to get a closed WP.
