I recently received Notification of Interest (NOI) from Ontario. However, I am concerned I am not eligible - Since I do not meet the 1 year (in the last 5 years) work experience requirement ( I have 9 months experience when I received NOI) .
I do qualify for the FSW which requires 3 years in the last 10 years.
I am confused if I should apply/accept the nomination. Why would a province send NOI when I do not meet the minimum requirement? Any thoughts?
They must have sent you NOI based on your NOC,even if the CRS score is below 400,However you will still need to meet the criteria of HCP stream for FSW with minimum 1 year of continuous work experience within the past 5 years.
