I’m asking on behalf of someone who is not on this forum, and I’m helping them out. They had their short hearing on January 3rd, and the claim was approved on the table. After a week, the NOD was sent to the lawyer confirming the decision, but as of now, the individual has not received their NOD directly. The lawyer has only sent them a scanned copy of the NOD. Is that acceptable to apply for PR, health card services, and other services? If not, how can they obtain the NOD from the IRB? Thank You

But anyways, I’m going to help you out with your question. The hearing only took about 30 to 40 minutes. The individual who applied had a very high-profile job back home, and the member only asked them to explain their duties and why they were specifically targeted – and that was it. Alberta
