Job Duties:
- Support consumer segments in achieving customer acquisition targets
- Manages sales support process, from the point of submission of credit card and loan applications by sales till the issuance of the product. Including application review, data entry, discussion with credit, deviation processing, cheque submission, filling storage and submission of originals to operations
- Supervises the entire team of sales support staff on activities related to customer document collection, application review, Cheques and Admin/IT
- Raises business justified deviations and supporting it with the needed documents and information
- Conducts regular and through application review to ensure adherence to policies and procedures and maintain approval rate over 75%
- Prepares and executes training and development programs for existing and new staff on sales support policies and features
- Guides implementation of strategies for sales force to achieve sales revenue and volume targets for the segment, and meeting annual profitability goals
- Monitor sales revenue volume and market share growth through MIS reporting and adapting sales strategies for sales teams in a dynamic environment
- Work continuously to improve the service delivery process and achieving zero defects in the service environment
- Manage relationship with channels partners jointly with sales teams and designs new schemes and alliances to ensure achievement of business plans
- Handling all customer complaints to resolution within agreed turnaround times
- Assist relationship managers and direct sales agents in opening of new accounts for customer and coordinates
- Assist relationship managers and direct sales agents in day to day relationship management activities and ensure offering high quality services according to banks standards
- Audits and reviews original documents and assure that they are filled and saved
- Ensure all regulatory, audit and compliance issues are in place and all the internal controls are in order to maintain highest standards of operational efficiency minimize the operational losses and reduce the number of near misses
- Develop relationships and coordinates with team members and other departments to meet client service expectations
- Liaising with various internal functions like IT, Operation, Legal, Marketing etc for smooth product launches and system enhancement projects.
- Liaises with internal audit every year, Risk management unit and banks legal panel to seek official opinion on any vulnerability on documentation and agreements with developers, insurance providers and vendors.
- Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensure effective implementation of the bank’s performance management process
- Develops talent within the team by providing guidance and coaching to achieve the defined goals.
