Just a quick one.
I am going into the pool as the primary applicant with my partner as the de facto. We are also gong to get my partner to go in as a primary and me as the de fact (i assume this is allowed?)
Any way back to my question. My partner can get 420+ CRS score in her NOC. She has five years experience in consulting/IT but she also has 5 years working with children/teaching (her CRS score in the IT sector is Band B but the Child work job is band C). So the consulting/IT job is her NOC, if/when we get an ITA would she have to persue a career in that work sector, or could she still try and work with children. I.E do you have to get a job within your nominated NOC profession? is there a condition that you have to do this?
