NOC Number

Hello Community,

I am looking for my NOC number but having a hard time understanding which one it should be. I am a customer success manager for a software company and here are my responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination of Support and escalation issues that may arise with the customers
• Provide monthly or adhoc system reporting to clients when needed
• Provide business reviews and updates to clients at a senior level
• Bring product feedback & recommendations from customers back to the product team
• Work with customers to identify key business metrics

I have find this one that seems like the closest. What do you think?
