NOC Job Titles

If my title (Regional Hospital Manager) is under the list of titles of the NOC 0611 category, does that mean that I fall under that NOC category?
In my simplified version (back in Sept 2007), I applied under 0611 (three years experience) but I realised that my previous position would also fall under category 6211 (five years experience) with Pharmaceutical Sales Representative being one of the titles under 6211, but I did not put that in my simplified form...
Does that mean I cannot also get points under that now? or can I still send those documents when they request my documents.
Actually, I cannot remember if I put NOC 6211 or not, do they tell you what you claimed when they request your documents? I still cannot believe that I forgot to make a photocopy.

if you applied before sep 2007, you will get points for both those jobs. You also don't have to fulfill the ministerial criteria. It is the criteria that is making you worried but it doesnt affect pre-feb 2008 applicants.
