NOC help

I’m really confused about deciding my NOC, can someone please help?

1. In my first job I was not a manager but40- 50 percent of my job duties matches a NOC A. Will that be fine if I choose that, As per my reference letter out of 9,5 responsibilities are same.(Title not in the list)

2. in my 2nd job the title (Recruitment screening specialist) actual title as per NOC is recruitment specialist. But my job duties matches on 4 points out of 11. Can I use this?

Whatever the 4 digit NOC, you must match 70-80% of the listed responsibilities. 4 of 11 is not a match and 40-50% is not a match either.. Title is not important but the duties/responsibilities.
