NOC for Maintenance Engineers (Mechanical)

I want to know NOC for Maintenance Engineers. Designation in my employment letter is Manager.
Confused between
NOC 0211- Engineering Manager
NOC 2132- Mechanical Engineer
NOC 0714- Facility operation and maintenance managers

Que 2: NOC 2132 mentions P.Eng is required but there is no P.Eng in India. What to do? How to choose NOC?

were you able to apply under NOC 0211? Is P.Eng required if you apply from India?
