agree, there's no clear-cut NOC, at least not without your providing a list of the 5-8 most significant job responsibilities/duties...
Assuming that there's some variability in what "military analysts" do (what kind of data do you look at, what analytical tools/techniques did you use?) , there could be several different NOCs.
