NOC for express entry

[Clindamycin]

I am planning to apply through the express entry. I worked as Customer Service Manager and than got promoted to Salesfloor Department Manager in Walmart. Both these titles fall under NOC - 0621( Retail and Wholesale trade managers) but the duties and responsibilities are similar to a different NOC. ( NOC - 6211 Retail Sales Supervisor). So which NOC should I consider. Title is important or the duties and responsibilities????
