NOC except

NOC 2147 is mentioned : Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)
i studied computer software engineer in university but my job is Network engineer (which is under 2147 title )
Does this NOC still valid for me ?

and in explain of 2147 under employment requirement mentioned :

• Computer engineers require a bachelor's degree in computer engineering, electrical or electronics engineering, engineering physics or computer science.

which does not specify any interest of area for computer engineering.

i think that it was better first i show my Surprise feeling who separated software engineer from computer engineer
How possible? in my country my bachelor was computer engineering with area of interest[field] of software
that time we had just hardware and software
but for 2147(computer engineer) said need bachelor in computer engineering
for 2173 (software engineer) said need bachelor in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering
those sounds make me imagine WES ECA has distinction between computer engineer and software engineer
but what is my state ? i locate under which one ? can still i apply with 2147 because my job is under 2147 titles
clearly my query is Network engineer is under 2147 but my qualification too is computer engineering but area of interest [software] will it accept ?

please put me in a right way
