NOC Employment History shorter than Overall work experience

Below is my question:

I understand that I need to show only those jobs under the employment History that I wish to claim points for. Below is how my current employment history looks like:

JOB1: Dec 2010 to Oct 2013 (~2 Years, 10 Months) - No NOC Match found
JOB2: Feb 2015 to Aug 2015 (6 Months) - Primary NOC
JOB3: Aug 2015 to Jan 2016 (6 Months) - No NOC Match found
JOB4: Apr 2016 to May 2017 (1 Year, 1 Month) - Primary NOC
JOB5: Jan 2018 to Current (~2 Months) - No NOC Match found

While my total work experience is a little more than 5 Years, my experience in Primary NOC is only 1 Year, 7 Months and you may notice that it is not even the recent one.

In such a case, if I choose to keep only the Primary NOC jobs in the employment history and the rest in the Activity history, would that be a reason of rejection?
